Domestic Shipping Policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, including weekends and holidays. However, during high volume periods, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If your order is delayed significantly, we will contact you via telephone or email.
Delivery Estimates and Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout, and delivery estimates are as follows:

Please note that these shipping costs are subject to change, and we will always update you with the most current figures during checkout. In addition, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delivery delays, in which case we will notify you promptly.
P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses: At SmartMove Shop, we only ship to addresses and locations within Kenya. We do not ship to P.O. boxes but to specific locations agreed upon by the client, such as apartments, house numbers, petrol stations, and eateries.
Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking: You will receive an order confirmation immediately upon placing your order, followed by a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Any customs and taxes applied to your order are the customer’s responsibility, and SmartMove Shop is not liable for any fees imposed during or after shipping.
Damages: SmartMove Shop is not responsible for any products that are lost or damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately, and make sure to keep all packaging materials and damaged goods in preparation for filing a claim.
Returns Policy: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective. In the event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the product and the defect.
To return a defective item, contact us to arrange a return or visit our warehouse with details of the product and the defect.
Upon receiving the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period of time whether you are eligible for a refund or a replacement due to the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price using the original payment method.
Exchanges: We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately to arrange an exchange.

Refunds: Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to the hardware during shipment, and we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, and any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
