Please note that the warranty is given by the manufacturer, not by us. Before making a purchase, kindly confirm with the shop whether your phone has a local warranty, as not all products are under warranty. Some are sold on an “As it is Basis.” We do not accept returns on products unless they are returned within 24 hours and found to be faulty. The warranty does not cover hardware or physical damages like screen breakage. We do not issue refunds on items under warranty, and there is no warranty on all accessories. If you are unable to reach the service center, we can help you take it to the service center, which can take a maximum of 7 to 30 days.
