Door-Step Deliveries

We offer door-step deliveries for customers within close proximity to Nairobi CBD. Payment, including the delivery fee, can be made upon delivery. This service is subject to availability and will be fulfilled by our in-house delivery team.

Third-Party Courier Deliveries

For customers residing in areas that are further away, we use third-party courier companies to deliver your purchases. The courier company will take liability of the products and responsibility for delivery. To claim your parcel, you will be required to produce an ID. Delivery within the Kenyan territory takes approximately a day, but may take longer if any delays occur.

Deliveries Outside of Kenya

For customers residing in regions/countries outside of Kenya, we ship goods only after full payment, including delivery fees, have been received. The choice of courier company will be solely that of the customer’s decision, although we can offer advice. The shipping timelines for deliveries outside of Kenya depend on the courier company charged with the responsibility.

Payment for Deliveries

We only ship goods after payment has been received for orders that are to be delivered outside of Nairobi CBD.

Notification of Delivery

Upon shipping your purchase, we will share a picture of the courier receipt via WhatsApp or email.

Follow-Up on Deliveries

In the event of any issues or over-due deliveries, we are available to assist in following up with the courier company to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
